The Pourakarmikas are giving their best in their own jobs but they have not been valued , acknowledged and given gratitude to the kind of work that's been done. so they have job but they are not valued.

2. How do other people see Pourakarmikas?

Most societies’ today have changed their attitude towards these social worker's. There are many associations who honor the Pourakarmikas by organizing events in which the residents come together and provide the basic necessities to them followed by a good meal. However some of the Pourakarmikas are looked down upon and usually receive complaints from the residents of a locality regarding their work. Many schools also started to send students in providing the Pourakarmikas with basic needs and to see into their basic amenities.

3. What is the psychology behind people keeping clean places more clean and dirtying the

places which are a bit dirty (Ex:Metro vs Bus Stands) ?

This is purely conditioned as we have been studying on conditional psychology and it's very clearly observant that we have been taught  (unconsciously) the concept of "it's ok" this is how it meant to be. People are so conditioned that automatically they end up keeping cleaner place and dirtier the dirty place.

Yes ,A lot of these issues are developed at a age of 5-12 yrs.
